Herbert is schooled in two strong competitive cultures, namely Vejle Boldklub with several Danish championships, and Middelfart Sparekasse, which has been voted the best bank to be a customer several times, and three times named Denmark’s best workplace. In both cultures, Herbert has had a significant leadership role as leader / board member and as HR director. He has worked with management for more than 40 years, either as a manager or as a consultant, where the main tasks have been organizational formation and development as well as recruitment, on the basis that we as people perform best when we are on a good team.
