Candidate: the recruitment process
The recruitment process at FRONTPEOPLE is a thoroughly tested and structured process that safeguards both parties in the recruitment process. We always work with full discretion, and you can rest assured that your candidate is never discussed with the company prior to your approval.
Below is the recruitment process if you go all the way.
You will be introduced to the tasks, the organization and any questions you may have. We will have a dialog about your wishes for a new job and qualifications.
Meet the company
We’ll introduce you to the hiring committee at the company, where you’ll hear a little more about the day-to-day work and see if the chemistry is there.
Test & references
You will undergo personality and cognitive tests, and we will talk to your references. Naturally, you will receive comprehensive feedback on your test results.
You will meet with the company again to go over the final details. Of course, we will also attend this meeting. After this meeting, you will be offered employment.
